- Definitions
1.1. “Participant” means you, the individual enrolling in our training.
1.2. “Courses” means the vocational training programs we offer under the NSDC Market-Led Model, aligned to the NSQF and QPs. - Eligibility & Enrollment
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
2.2. To enroll, you must complete our registration form and pay applicable fees. Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment and verification of your credentials. - Course Delivery & Certification
3.1. Courses are delivered by certified trainers at NSDC-accredited centres or via our online portal.
3.2. Upon successful completion, you will receive an NSQF-aligned, QP-based, digitally verifiable certificate with a unique QR code via the Skill India Portal. - Fees & Payment Terms
4.1. Course fees are as advertised on our website or as communicated in writing. All fees are exclusive of GST.
4.2. Payments must be made in advance via the payment methods we accept. Late payments may incur a penalty or delay certificate issuance. - Use of Services
5.1. You agree to use our Services lawfully and not for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
5.2. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our course materials without our prior written consent. - Intellectual Property
All course content, trademarks, logos, and materials are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly provided. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mokena Skills Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mokena Skills Private Limited from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services. - Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the revision. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
